OverviewAs a Yacht Broker at OneWater Marine, you will be responsible for developing new client relationships, securing quality listings, and managing the sale and purchase of brokerage boats and yachts. Your expertise in sales, negotiations, and customer service will contribute to achieving sales targets and maintaining a loyal client base.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads and identify business opportunitiesSecure and manage quality yacht brokerage listings following company standardsProvide accurate pricing and quotations, including taxes, fees, and trade-in allowancesAchieve individual and team sales targetsSupport and participate in boat shows, dealership events, and off-site marketing effortStay informed of state licensing requirements and ensure full complianceMaintain professionalism and discretion with all client informationCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiencesMaintain a comprehensive and up-to-date client databaseAll other duties assignedSkillsStrong negotiation skills, especially for high-value transactionsExcellent verbal and written communicationExceptional interpersonal and customer service skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamQuick learner with a proactive approach to problem-solvingHigh level of professionalism and integritySelf-motivated and disciplined with a results-driven mindsetQualifications / RequirementsMinimum 2 years of yacht sales experienceFamiliarity with boating, yacht models, and marine terminologyLicensed Yacht Broker or ability to obtain licensingProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Completion of required OWM training programs or willingness to complete themPhysical DemandsUse the table / checklist below to indicate what is required of this position.
