The role involves making the first phone contact with patients, requiring excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor to schedule appointments, procedures, and potentially transportation.Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a friendly and hospitable interaction. Schedule patient appointments and procedures efficiently. Coordinate transportation for patients as needed. Handle approximately 50 calls per day in a call center business office setting. Work collaboratively within a team environment, maintaining a team-focused mentality.Skills Bilingual proficiency. Strong customer service skills.
