Recruitment Range :$43,738 - $51,428 This position supports senior leadership (the Director, Deputy Director and Assistant Director) and provides primary support for travel-related activities and purchases for all ORH programs and staff. This position will provide general administrative support to all ORH programs as needed. Highly effective execution of duties will include the ability to use Microsoft Office applications, including managing multiple Outlook calendars, and to manage competing priorities. Management Preferences: * Demonstrated ability to provide support to senior leadership and their respective councils, boards and collaborative partners including scheduling meetings, sending updates, tracking attendance, preparing meeting minutes, arranging for travel and meals, preparing related meeting and travel forms, etc. * Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel * Ability to schedule and facilitate virtual meetings * Demonstrated ability to perform office support practices and procedures in a fast-paced office environment * Experience researching travel options using the phone and internet to secure travel arrangements * Knowledge of purchasing processes and ability to perform purchasing and reconciliation duties * Proficient skills in communicating professionally and accurately, orally and in writing, with internal and external partners and customers * Demonstrated ability to review and edit written materials for proper content, format, grammar, punctuation and sentence structure * Proven ability to summarize, compile and tabulate data, including the ability to conduct data queries and reports in Excel, Access or other software tools * Ability to function independent of regular supervision ;maintain the confidentiality of sensitive and confidential information * Ability to support, establish and maintain effective working relationships with partner organizations, agencies and individuals Bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration or a related discipline from an appropriately accredited institution; or Associate's degree in secretarial science, business administration, or a related discipline from an appropriately accredited institution and two years of progressively responsible administrative/office management experience; or High school or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and four years of progressively responsible administrative/office management experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
