Position Summary Responsible for the planning of all outbound shipping to internal and external customers. Responsibilities * Daily Load Planning for Domestic JB Hunt Runs * Preparing daily Warehouse Schedule * Domestic/Canadian UPS Shipments * Monitor DC mailbox for transportation deliverables * Scheduling extra freight available to our customers * Scheduling other DC's OOT shipments * Assists shipping clerks with daily tasks/coverage * Contact with customers when shipments arrive late or need to be rescheduled * Sending customer notifications either by manifests/phone calls/ confirming correct appt through automatic emails * Process outbound stock order transfer (STO) shipments * Manage throughput reporting for DC * Monitor inbound container notifications from carriers * Run minimum weight block and road block report daily * Monitor daily transportation reports from corporate partners * Oversees yard management logs * Process LTL, UPS, XPAS, Branding orders daily * Process per diem report daily * Other duties as assigned Compensation for this position if $48,000 - $52,000.
