Overview A leading professional services firm is seeking an experienced Manager of Administration to oversee day-to-day office operations for its Los Angeles office. This high-impact leadership role will ensure a professional, efficient, and service-focused environment while supporting attorneys and administrative staff. The Manager will report to the Chief Administrative Officer and collaborate closely with the Office Managing Member to drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations, including workflow, staffing, facilities, and vendor management. Supervise and develop administrative staff to ensure consistent, high-quality support. Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition for recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Monitor office budgets, review vendor invoices, and support financial reporting activities. Coordinate office moves, space planning, and construction projects as needed. Serve as the key liaison with building management, security, and external service providers. Ensure compliance with firm-wide policies and support business continuity planning. Champion initiatives related to employee engagement, culture, and communications. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of 4 years’ experience in office administration or HR management; experience within a law firm is highly preferred. Proven leadership and staff management experience, including performance development. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly. Compensation and Benefits Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid – 4 days onsite, 1 day remote) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay: $145,000 – $165,000 annually Base pay range: $145,000.00/yr - $165,000.00/yr Employment Type: Direct Hire Benefits: Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and more. #J-18808-Ljbffr
