3 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Direct message the job poster from Barnes, Pailhe & King Legal Search Minimum 3 years of litigation experience – Probate & Trust focus Our client is seeking a Trusts & Estates Litigation Attorney with at least three years of recent civil litigation experience, ideally including probate and trust litigation. Candidates with a portable book of business are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, research, and writing skills, and have experience with court appearances, motion practice, and discovery. This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive attorney capable of managing a high-volume, fast-paced caseload independently, while also working effectively within a team. Responsibilities may also include mentoring junior attorneys, delegating assignments, and supporting the training and development of team members within the Trusts & Estates Litigation group.
