Senior Project Manager

Position: Sr. Project Manager Location: Phoenix, AZ Bill Rate: Up to $130,000 Working Hours: M-F 8-5 HYBRID Interview Process: 2 round Must Haves: - Bachelors degree within civil engineering - Phoenix Professional Engineers licensure - Progressive career experience within civil design with an emphasis on drainage, utilities, roadway/transportation Plusses: - PMP certification - Business development experience winning land development projects. What You’ll Do: Lead and manage civil engineering projects from planning to construction Develop scopes of work, budgets, and schedules Design roadway, grading, drainage, water, and sewer systems using AutoCAD and Civil 3D Oversee QA/QC, permitting, cost estimates, and technical documentation Collaborate with internal teams and clients, including proposal presentations and interviews Support urban redevelopment projects and multi-disciplinary efforts Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors What They’re Looking For: A self-starter with strong project management and leadership skills Someone who can supervise teams, manage budgets, and deliver high-quality technical work Excellent communicator with clients and internal teams Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D Willing to travel to project sites as needed
