Estimator/Project Manager

Overview This position is an excellent opportunity for an individual with concrete takeoff experience who is looking to expand your skill set under the tutelage of an experienced management staff. As an Estimator/Project Manager, you will be involved in projects from the budgeting phase through the construction phase. Duties Quantity Takeoff (using On-Screen Takeoff) Completing Estimates Preparing Bid Proposals Procurement of Submittals Overseeing of Shop Drawing preparation Writing of subcontracts Procuring of materials and equipment required for your projects Review of contracts for scope and price compliance Review changes to the contract documents throughout the project Maintain Procore files throughout the life of your projects Coordination with the Operations staff to keep projects running smoothly and on budget Client relationship management Requirements Bachelor's Degree - ideally in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent amount of relevant experience) Experience with concrete takeoff (1 year minimum) In office work (remote work not permitted) Attention to detail Ability to multi-task Ability to complete work within deadlines Strong organizational skills Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) People skills Team Player OSHA 30 Training (not required) LEED Certification (not required) Software/Application Use Sage Estimating On-Screen Takeoff Procore Autodesk Bluebeam Revu AutoCad (not required) Revit (not required) Benefits Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Compensation Package Bonus opportunities Employee stock ownership plan Profit sharing
