Construction Manager – Data Center Projects Location: Austin, TX (Project site located just north of Austin) Schedule: Full-time | Multiple Shifts Industry: Mission-Critical / Data Center Construction Type: Direct Hire About the Opportunity We are actively seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead and oversee the development of a large-scale data center project (50MW+) for one of the world’s leading AI infrastructure companies. This is a direct hire opportunity to join a pioneering team at the forefront of building mission-critical infrastructure to support the future of artificial intelligence. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality standards are consistently met. Key Responsibilities Oversee all phases of construction for a 50MW+ data center project. Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Monitor project schedules, track milestones, and drive timely execution. Ensure site safety compliance and adherence to environmental standards. Report progress, risks, and changes to senior leadership. Lead site meetings and manage multiple shifts and crews. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in construction management, preferably with mission-critical or industrial projects. Proven experience managing data center construction projects of 50MW or larger. Strong understanding of ground-up construction, MEP systems, and critical infrastructure. Proven ability to lead teams in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
