Pay Classification: Exempt Reports to: Director of Information Technology Job Summary The IT Systems/Network Administrator will be responsible for managing the organization’s server environments, storage, virtualization technologies, client workstations, wireless platforms, and all automated data processing equipment lifecycle compliance. These disciplines must be performed across multiple clients and physical environments in multiple geographical locations. The candidate will be responsible for core infrastructure integrity and maintenance in accordance with local guidance and NIST best practices. The position requires candidates to have excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve issues quickly with a perpetual ‘Can-Do’ attitude to all players in the organization. The candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, interface with local and deployed organization staff, partner team members, and vendors. This is a permanent full-time position. There is expected occasional travel for this position. Required Skills/Experience Manage and maintain: Sites and Services, SD-WAN, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy Objects, Computer/User Objects, LDAP, Authentication protocols, AD Permission delegation using the least privilege methodology, Dynamic/Static AD groups, as well as other Domain services in accordance with NIST best practices and compliance requirements. Experience working with NTFS permissions and DFS name spaces for file sharing. Experience with Current versions of Windows (e.g. Server 2012, 2016, Windows 10 Pro) and Mac OS including iOS. Experience with designing and managing VMware clusters, including vCenter. Able to troubleshoot and remediate issues by reviewing system logs, etc. Experience with PKI and SSO implementation/infrastructure. Experience with wireless P2P. Experience with PowerShell and/or other scripting languages. Experience with Office365 admin console is a plus. Experience with data backup, replication and restoration; preferably Veeam and Synology experience.
