Role Description We are seeking a full-time Structural Engineer to join our Fremont, CA office in a hybrid role with flexibility for remote work. You will be responsible for structural analysis, design calculations, and CAD modeling, ensuring safety, integrity, and code compliance for a wide range of projects. This position requires collaboration with architects, developers, building owners, and contractors to deliver high-quality engineering solutions. Responsibilities Perform structural calculations, analysis, and design for buildings and related structures. Prepare and review construction documents and details using CAD and structural software. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and project stakeholders. Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements. Participate in project meetings and provide technical guidance to team members. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (required). Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (preferred). Professional Engineer (PE) license (highly desirable). Strong technical background in structural engineering principles. Proficiency in structural analysis and CAD software. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
