Outside Sales Representative

We are working with a privately held, building products distributor who has supplied the industry with fasteners and other building materials for 40 years. They are seeking a Outside Sales Representative to act as both a player and a coach on their Southern California sales team. This role has great leadership potential and a path to management! The ideal candidate should expect their first year earnings to be around $150,000. Responsibilities: Manage the southern California sales territory. Develop and foster relationships with potential and existing customers. Seek out new business and sales opportunities within the industry. Develop toward a leadership role, managing 1-2 direct reports. Requirements: Outside Sales experience in building products 2-step or wholesale distribution (strongly preferred) Ability to move fast on opportunities Eagerness and drive to achieve successful sales
