We’re looking for a ground-up Construction Superintendent who can own the field, protect the schedule, and drive the quality our name stands for. What you’ll do: Run the field – manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to deliver projects on time, on budget, and with zero compromises on safety or quality. Plan the work and work the plan – create and maintain 3-week lookaheads, coordinate sequencing, and ensure materials, manpower, and equipment are in place ahead of schedule.
