Overview: We are looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Coordinator to lead multi-brand content execution and digital engagement across a diverse portfolio that includes Summit Ventures (asset management), Harbourside Place (retail and dining), Tiki52 (hospitality), and the Mastroianni Family Foundation (philanthropy). This role is ON-SITE and requires someone with a strong command of brand voice, platform strategy, community engagement, and content planning. You will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and loyalty across various social platforms, while maintaining alignment with broader marketing goals. Key Responsibilities: Content Strategy and Brand Voice: In partnership with Marketing Team, develop and implement a cohesive content strategy tailored to each brand (Mastroianni Family Foundation, Tiki52, Harbourside Place, and Summit Ventures). Ensure messaging aligns with business goals and reflects brand values across all platforms and channels. Strategize and plan rollouts of campaigns in partnership with the overall marketing calendar. Social Media Management: Oversee day-to-day posting and content scheduling on platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Partner with tenants and internal stakeholders at Harbourside Place to source and scale content efficiently. Engage directly with followers to build community and handle responses to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and brand-appropriate manner. Content Calendar and Campaign Execution: Maintain and manage a cross-brand monthly content calendar. Coordinate with marketing teams to align posts with key dates, events, and launches. Support on-site coverage of public-facing events and campaigns, including weekend work when necessary. Collaborate with the Harbourside marketing team to maximize exposure and engagement for on-property events. Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the in-house graphic designer and contracted creators to produce high-quality visuals and multimedia content. Assist with the planning and production of social-first video, written, and photo assets. Influencer and Partnership Management: Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers in relevant industries. Coordinate with the marketing team to negotiate content deliverables and contracts that align with brand objectives. Analytics and Reporting: Use native and third-party analytics tools to track performance and provide regular reporting on KPIs. Offer strategic insights based on data to guide future content development and audience growth. Internal Communication and Culture: Support internal brand communications to ensure consistency with external messaging. Promote the company’s mission and values across all engagement efforts. Stay current on social media trends and platform updates to continuously evolve brand presence. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. 3 to 5 years of experience in a social media, digital marketing, or content-focused role. Demonstrated success in building and managing multi-brand content calendars and campaigns. Strong understanding of audience engagement, branding, and social platform best practices. Proficiency in content creation, writing, editing, and working with visual media. Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and scheduling platforms such as Hootsuite or Later. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Available for occasional evening or weekend work as required by events or campaign needs.
