We're Hiring: Senior Estimator – Base Building Construction South Florida | Full-Time | General Contractor Are you a seasoned estimator with a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of ground-up high-rise construction? Join a leading GC in South Florida delivering commercial, multifamily, and institutional projects from concept to closeout. What You’ll Do: • Lead full-cycle estimating for base building projects ($10M–$150M+) • Analyze drawings, specs, and RFPs to produce accurate quantity takeoffs and cost estimates • Collaborate with clients, architects, and internal teams to identify scope gaps and VE • Build and maintain historical cost data and unit pricing • Solicit, level, and negotiate subcontractor bids • Prepare bid packages and support project handoff to operations • Mentor junior estimators and improve internal processes What You Bring: • 8+ years of estimating experience with a GC focused on base building • Strong knowledge of the South Florida market and subcontractor base • Proficiency in Procore or Bluebeam; PlanSwift or On-Screen Takeoff, and MS Teams • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred Why Join Us: • Competitive six-figure salary + performance bonuses, company stock • Full benefits: health, dental, 401(k), PTO • Supportive leadership and collaborative culture • High-impact projects shaping South Florida’s skyline Ready to take the next step in your career?
