We are looking for a motivated Account Executive to join our dynamic and growing team. This is an entry-level hybrid flexible position, offering the opportunity to build a career in sales and account management within the biotech industry. You will work closely with a supportive team, leveraging collaboration and communication to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client service. Job Title: Account Executive Location: San Diego, CA and its surrounding areas (Hybrid) Job Type: Full-time Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential clients, leveraging scientific expertise to understand their needs and recommend suitable products and services. Present reagents and contract research services effectively, collaborate with internal teams for seamless order fulfillment, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Achieve and surpass sales targets while staying updated on industry trends and competitors to adapt sales strategies. Travel within the San Diego, CA area to visit clients, ensuring strong customer relationships and personalized service. Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as required to support team objectives and business needs, including but not limited to assisting with cross-functional projects and ad hoc assignments. Requirements: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills for effective engagement with clients. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Bachelor’s Degree. Experiences in Life Science or Pharmaceutical, or a related field is a plus. Preferably based in or within commutable distance to San Diego, CA with the ability to travel locally to meet with clients. Must be able to lift and move 25-50 lbs.
