Merchandising Coordinator

Title Merchandising Coordinator – Men’s Compensation Range: $60,000-$70,000 Responsibilities · Assist in the partnership between merchandising and design to build a balanced line based on empirical data and sales analyses, as well as trend and brand awareness · Assist in the creation and implementation of seasonal line plans by delivery and style/SKU to achieve business strategies • Assist in the analysis of price tiers and pricing architecture to guide Design in developing the men’s line; tracking wholesale and retail price points based on margin targets and perceived price value • Track and monitor key items and growth opportunities by category and style • Support the Men’s Merchandising team daily and in preparing for key meetings by gathering data, building presentations, and other administrative tasks assigned • Communicate cross-functionally with Design, Sales, Product Development, and Production teams to ensure cohesive processes • Shop the market to be aware of trends, competitive price positioning, and market share • Assist in creating and maintaining weekly/monthly cross-functional reporting tools • Manage and track the flow of samples Qualifications/Experience: · Bachelor’s Degree · Must have a minimum of two (2) years of relevant merchandising experience · Must have exceptional analytical skills · Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills · Must have proven ability to work with cross-functional teams · Must have strong organizational skills and be detail-oriented · Must have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to support a team environment · Must have excellent time management skills · Must have very strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel · Must have an awareness of trends, competitive price positioning, and market share
