Head of Operations – AI Marketplace (San Francisco, CA) We’re looking for a Head of Operations to join an early-stage, high-growth AI startup focused on self-learning and adaptive AI systems . This is a rare opportunity to build a marketplace from scratch , manage specialized teams, and directly impact the company’s growth trajectory. What you’ll do: Build and scale a marketplace of domain experts from the ground up. Recruit, vet, and manage a workforce of specialists across domains like finance, healthcare, and more . Own relationships with top AI labs and enterprise clients , ensuring marketplace output meets their needs. Collaborate with engineers to integrate expert data into AI systems . Drive high-impact operational initiatives as a core member of the founding team . What we’re looking for: 1–6 years of experience in Operations or Finance-related roles . Experience building or scaling teams, processes, or marketplaces. Strong skills in people management, client relationship management, and operational execution . Comfortable working on-site 5 days/week in San Francisco . Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments .
