We’re currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Buying Admin Intern to join our team and support daily operations in our buying and merchandising department. Role Overview As a Buying Admin Intern, you’ll get hands-on experience supporting our buying team with essential tasks that drive product selection and execution. From vendor communication and product data entry to assisting in photoshoots and helping pick out next season’s dresses, you’ll be involved in a wide range of responsibilities that give you real-world insight into the fashion industry. Key Responsibilities Assist with administrative and operational tasks related to product buying Input and maintain product and vendor data across internal systems Communicate with vendors regarding samples, order status, and inventory updates Help review and select on-brand styles for upcoming collections Support photoshoots by organizing samples, styling, and assisting on set Maintain organized sample inventory and showroom cleanliness Conduct trend and competitive research to support the buying process Requirements Must be available to work 20 hours per week Must be able to work in-person twice weekly in the Los Angeles Fashion District Must be able to work from our Orange County office as scheduled Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive); Excel experience a plus Creative eye for fashion trends and visual styling Self-starter with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Previous retail or customer-facing fashion experience is a plus Coursework or degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field Passion for the fashion industry and women’s apparel Perks Insight into the full buying cycle and fashion supply chain Real-world experience in vendor communication and product development Opportunities to participate in fashion photoshoots Staff discounts and team collaboration Portfolio-building experience and professional recommendation upon completion
