Are you a proven dealership leader ready to take charge of a growing Nissan store? Nissan of Merrimack Valley is looking for a driven, high-energy GM/GSM who knows how to move metal, grow gross, and build winning teams . What You’ll Do Lead from the front — drive sales, gross, and volume in both new and used cars . Motivate and develop your managers and salespeople to consistently hit and exceed targets . Take charge of inventory, pricing, and marketing to maximize profitability. Build an elite culture that’s focused on customer experience, teamwork, and accountability . Monitor the key metrics that matter (closing %, PVR, sales efficiency, CSI) and execute strategies that win. Work shoulder-to-shoulder with ownership to grow the dealership’s market share and reputation. What We’re Looking For A proven GSM or GM with a track record of success in a high-volume dealership. Strong desking, F&I, and inventory management skills. A coach and motivator who knows how to hold people accountable while keeping them engaged. Digital retail and CRM savvy.
