Our client, an Outdoor/ Lifestyle Company, is seeking an Admin Assistant to support their team in Stratham, New Hampshire. This role is expected to be full-time hours and last until October 31st, 2025. Warmly greet all office guests and support with general inquires Support with completing admin paperwork Asist with general reception duties Answer phones and emails as needed Manage logistics for meetings including organizing agendas and booking meeting rooms Qualifications 1+ years of experience as an Admin Assistant, or similar experience preferred Bachelor’s Degree preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent administrative, organizational and project management skills Superior follow through skills, customer service oriented Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Please submit your resume for consideration.
