Job Overview: We are looking for a talented and driven Videographer Team Lead to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a creative professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for storytelling through video. The Videographer Team Lead will manage the full video production process—from concept to final cut—while leading a team of editors and shooters. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to shape the creative voice of our brands Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, filming, and editing of high-quality video content across digital platforms Develop and manage content strategies that align with brand goals and audience engagement Direct on-camera talent, including company staff, with professionalism and creative clarity Ensure consistent visual and editorial tone across all video projects Assign projects, guide creative direction, and ensure timely delivery from team members Write and edit scripts for video projects Coach, mentor, and develop team talent; conduct performance reviews and foster accountability Oversee production schedules, equipment inventory, and post-production workflows Host and lead creative reviews; provide clear feedback and resolve production challenges proactively Qualifications 3–5 years of professional video production experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other relevant editing tools Strong portfolio showcasing narrative storytelling, brand alignment, and technical quality Demonstrated ability to direct both crew and on-camera talent effectively Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team-first mindset Experience working with marketing or creative teams in a business or agency environment is a plus Familiarity with home services or service-based industries is a bonus What We Offer A supportive and fast-paced creative environment Leadership opportunities and career growth within a growing company Exposure to strategic brand development and storytelling Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, 401(k), PTO, etc. Ability to pass a background check and drug screen is required We’re excited to hear from you—please submit your resume and portfolio today!
