Elements Salon & Wellness Spa is looking for aManicurist / Pedicuristwho is reliable, friendly, organized, and passionate about guest experience. We are looking for a Manicurist / Pedicurist to provide nail care treatments to our customers based on their needs and preferences. Responsibilities include polishing fingernails and toenails. If youre up-to-date with nail techniques and know how to provide excellent customer service, wed like to meet you. DutiesRemove previously applied polish Clean, cut and shape nails Give hand and foot massages Paint fingernails and toenails Recommend colors and designs based on each customers style Prepare and clean beauty station in-between appointments Sterilize equipment before & after use Inform clients about additional services and offers (e.g. waxing & spa treatments) Offer nail care treatment tips (e.g. how to strengthen nails and how to make manicures last longer) Up-sell treatments and beauty products, when appropriate Take an interest in customers (e.g. chatting with them during appointments and remembering their preferences) Assist in BOH laundry needs RequirementsProven work experience as a Manicurist / Pedicurist Expertise in basic and advanced nail techniques, including french manicures Understanding of sanitation and sterilization standards Experience with Dazzle Dry & OPI - a plus Knowledge of cosmetology trends Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Quick adaptability to our scheduling software (you'll be taught).
