What You’ll Do: Lead Marketing Campaigns: Plan, create, and manage marketing storylines and campaigns across multiple channels. Digital Funnel Management: Oversee SEO, Google Ads, and local business ads to drive traffic and conversions. Social Media Presence: Develop and manage our social media platforms to engage and grow our audience. Creative Development: Use Adobe Suite for basic design work and ensure all materials reflect the Rhino-Back brand. Direct Mail & Branding: Manage direct mail campaigns, branded apparel inventory, and promotional materials. Marketing Inventory: Maintain and distribute marketing materials across teams and projects. Event Marketing: Plan and coordinate marketing events and community outreach initiatives, ensuring all logistics, materials, and promotions are in place for successful execution by the event team. Project Management: Execute campaigns from start to finish with strong attention to detail, deadlines, and ROI tracking. What We’re Looking For: Hands-On Leader: A driven professional who thrives on taking initiative and seeing projects through. Proven Experience: 3+ years of marketing management experience with digital, traditional, and event marketing. Technical Skills: Familiarity with SEO, Google Ads, and digital funnels. Creative Mindset: Ability to design and edit in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign preferred). Strong Organizer: Excellent project management skills and ability to juggle multiple campaigns at once. Team Player: Collaborative spirit who works well with leadership, sales, and operations.
