Some of your responsibilities will include: Cooperating with the General Manager and owner with anything from project planning to staff management. Creating exciting daily events to increase revenue and build business relationships. Organization of FOH and BOH responsibilities, staffing, side work, etc. Maintaining exceptional service standards. Knowledge of craft beer, wine, specialty cocktails, and food is a must! Knowledge of private event set up and service standards. Proficiency in Microsoft, Adobe, OpenTable, and Toast POS system. Continue to nurture our social media following with eye catching pictures and posts on Instagram, facebook, twitter. Maintaining our website presence and outreach on several platforms. Ensure paperwork accuracy such as daily sales summary reports, petty cash, payroll records, and food/liquor cost. Demonstrates trustworthiness, dedication punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
