Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end wifi validation efforts, ensuring robust performance and quality standards for our wireless solutions Drive the development and execution of enterprise accessories program Spearhead proof-of-concept initiatives for new technologies and features Manage and track critical IC vendors’ roadmaps to influence eero’s wifi technology roadmaps Own and optimize program and non-program budget allocation and utilization Lead technical initiatives, including the development of enhanced testing methodologies based on real-world data Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, and business teams Travel 30% of the time to Asia and US West Coast locations Core CompetenciesExcellent technical acumen with ability to understand complex wireless technologies Excellence in stakeholder management and communication Data-driven decision making Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail and process improvement mindset About the teamInterested in exploring career opportunities with eero? The base pay for this position ranges from $114,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $197,800/year in our highest geographic market.
