Senior Accountant

Responsibilities include: Reconcile daily sales to settlements Bank reconciliations Maintain general ledger and ensuring all financial transactions within the company are accounted for AR and AP reconciliations Intercompany reconciliations Maintain prepaid expenses and accruals Weekly payroll journal entries Assist with month-end close process Assist the controller as needed Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is strongly preferred. 3+ years of accounting experience Working knowledge of GAAP Advanced Excel experience a must Restaurant365 or Compeat experience a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Highly organized and detailed oriented Able to work independently Must be able handle confidential information with discretion Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Prior hospitality experience preferred
