**Job Title** : Production Associate **Compensation** : + $16 p/hr. for 1st shift + $17 p/hr. for 2nd shift **Shift/Hours Available** : + Monday - Friday; 5 AM - 1:30 PM + Monday - Friday; 1:30 PM - 10 PM **Company Overview** : Milwaukee Tool is a leading manufacturer known for producing high-quality tools and equipment. Our Menomonee Falls facility specializes in testing tools for their longevity and wear & tear, ensuring that we deliver the best products to our customers. **Why Join Us?** : + Be part of a reputable company recognized for its commitment to quality. + Work in a safe environment with a strong emphasis on safety policies and procedures. + Collaborate within a supportive team focused on achieving production goals. + Gain hands-on experience with advanced machinery and technology, including PLCs and various assembly equipment. **Job Duties** : + Operate various types of equipment efficiently while maintaining high productivity and quality levels, reporting to the Production Supervisor. + Safely operate stamping presses, assembly, and machining equipment while adhering to all safety protocols. + Perform detailed inspections and utilize measuring devices to check tolerances within several thousandths, along with the final assembly and packaging of products. **Qualifications** : + High School diploma or equivalent preferred. + Strong attention to detail. + Ability to follow oral and written communication and read and understand provided work instructions. + Basic math skills and the capacity to work safely on a raised platform.
