Our management team leads by example with integrity, hard work, and honest, open communication with both our clients and team members. We need a full-time Installation expert with a background in carpentry and cabinetry preferred, and we will provide ongoing training along the way.ResponsibilitiesInstall closets, cabinetry, and other storage solutions in clients' homesConduct in-home installation repairs, as neededAdhere to schedule for all jobs with punctualityProvide friendly and knowledgeable service to ensure customer satisfactionEnsure job quality is exceptional in all installationsModify system components, as needed, to ensure a visually perfect installationCut, trim, and install base and crown molding to fit installation requirementsComplete and submit installation paperwork on a daily basisCommunicate clearly and honestly with customers and colleagues, verbally and in writingWork closely with team members to ensure customer satisfactionOversee the work of and provide on the job training to the assistant/helper installerComply with and follows all safety regulationsSafely operate a 16 foot box truckOversee the delivery of job material inventory and ensure job sorting is done correctly for each jobIdentify and communicate efficiency improvements inside a warehouseAbility to work 4 10-hour shifts per week (Monday through Thursday)Monitor consumable parts inventory and request replacements as neededOther duties as assignedQualificationsHigh School Diploma or EquivalentMust be able to pass a background checkLeadership experience: 2 years preferredConstruction/carpentry/cabinetry experience: 5 years required, 5-10 years preferredValid Driver's License requiredGeneral construction and tool use knowledgeAble to lift and maneuver over 50 poundsBenefits/Perks$30-$35 starting wage rate based on experience in the fieldFour day work week, Tuesday through FridayGuaranteed 40 hours per weekCompany vehicle provided for work hours and jobsTools and consumables (saw blades, bits, etc.) providedOpportunity for advancement and promotion to Operations Manager positionGreat Company CultureProfit SharingEmployer sponsored 401(k) planPerformance-Based Raises/BonusesPaid holidaysThe positions on this website, unless otherwise indicated, are posted by The Tailored Closet franchisees.
