Construction Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager Job Description We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a general contractor construction company that specializes in commercial fit-outs. This position involves managing multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed with high quality, within budget, and on schedule. Responsibilities + Manage 4-8 construction projects concurrently, ensuring high quality and adherence to timelines and budgets. + Coordinate with clients/owners and internal teams to maintain project alignment. + Oversee project budgets and scheduling to ensure efficient resource allocation. + Select and manage subcontractors effectively to ensure project success. + Collaborate with superintendents to manage day-to-day project activities. Essential Skills + Experience in project management and construction management. + Experience in working with general contractors. + Ability to manage 5+ projects simultaneously, including preconstruction phases. + Proficient in project coordination and estimation. + Experience with construction documents. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Minimum of 3 years as an Assistant Project Manager or 5+ years as a Project Manager in commercial construction. + Strong scheduling and project planning skills. + Proven experience in negotiating and managing subcontractors. + Experience in handling quick turnaround projects. Work Environment The role requires working both in an office setting and on-site as needed. After 90 days, one remote day per week is offered.
