Assistant Salon Manager

This is not just a financial investment for us - we are passionately involved and are very enthusiastic about the opportunities we all have in front of us to improve and grow Responsibilities: * Provide a wide range of hair and beauty services to clients, including haircuts, hair styling, coloring. * Stay up to date with the latest trends and techniques in cosmetology to ensure high-quality service. * Sanitize and maintain all tools and equipment used during services. * Build and maintain a loyal client base by providing exceptional customer service and personalized recommendations. * Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience and increase revenue. * Mentor junior cosmetologists and assist with their professional development. * Maintain a clean and organized work station. Qualifications: * Valid cosmetology license in IL. * Proven experience as a cosmetologist with a strong portfolio of satisfied clients. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Proficient in a wide range of hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and updos. * Knowledge of current beauty trends and techniques. * Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other salon professionals. * Strong retail sales skills to promote salon products. * Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
