Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager - Nuclear Power Plant Projects Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to oversee nuclear power plant projects. The ideal candidate will lead project teams to ensure successful project execution, adhering to industry standards and safety requirements. This role offers the opportunity to work with one of the top nuclear engineering firms in the USA, providing comprehensive engineering solutions in the energy sector. Responsibilities * Execute project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, risk management, and communication plans. * Lead project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. * Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize risks. * Communicate project status and issues to stakeholders, including project team members, clients, and senior management. * Ensure compliance with nuclear industry regulations, standards, and safety requirements. * Create schedules, manage progress on plant modifications, manage client relationships, and write proposals. Essential Skills * 4+ years of project management experience, preferably on nuclear projects. * Must have project management experience on a nuclear site. * Experience working with budgets ranging from $300,000 to $4 million. * Knowledge in construction management, project coordination, change order, and electrical systems. Additional Skills & Qualifications * US-based degree in construction management or a related field is required. Work Environment This is a fully remote position, available to candidates located in EST, CT, or MT time zones. Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 8 AM to 6 PM, and Friday from 7 AM to Noon. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $48.08 - $67.31/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
