Job DescriptionPosted Thursday, October 2, 2025 at 4:00 AMSenior Manager, Product MarketingWhat We NeedCorpay is currently looking to hire a Senior Manager, Product Marketing within our USVP division. This position falls under our Marketing line of business and is located in a remote-first environment. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting brands such as Fuelman, Corpay One, Corpay Complete, and World Elite Mastercard. This is a strategic and hands-on role focused on driving growth for our Fleet Payment and Expense Management solutions serving small business and lower middle market customers. You’ll be responsible for product positioning, go-to-market strategy, and cross-functional coordination across marketing channels. You will report directly to the Senior Director of Product Marketing and regularly collaborate with product, IT, marketing, creative, and sales.How We WorkAs a Senior Manager, Product Marketing, you will be expected to work in a virtual environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:Full home office set upCompany-issued equipment with remote accessFormal, hands-on trainingRole ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of the role will include:Building a deep understanding of SMB and mid-market customer needs, competitors, and market dynamicsDefining positioning, segmentation, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target audiencesDeveloping go-to-market strategies for new products, services, and integrationsLaunching card products and positioning them effectively in the marketPartnering with Sales leadership to deliver training, playbooks, and competitive battlecards that drive adoption and increase win ratesCreating impactful sales and marketing assets with the Content team (webinars, guides, videos, case studies, blog posts)Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including demand generation, creative, paid social, website, and advertisingGathering and sharing customer insights to inform strategy and executionActivating marketing channels for consistent messaging across platformsExercise independent judgment in prioritization, campaign recommendations, and stakeholder alignmentTravel approximately 10–15%Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience7–8 years in B2B product marketing, sales enablement, or go-to-market roles (payments/fintech or SMB-focused solutions preferred)Experience with product positioning, messaging, launching products, and go-to-market plansDegree in Marketing, Business, or Communications (preferred)Fleet, payments, or financial services industry experience (preferred)Strong communicator and collaborator, skilled at aligning diverse stakeholdersProven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectivelyAnalytical and creative thinker with a customer-first mindsetComfortable navigating ambiguity with an entrepreneurial approachStrong problem-solving skills, people skills, and the ability to juggle priorities with minimal handholdingOrganized, flexible, and positive attitudeExperience leading teams and coaching talentMedical, Dental & Vision benefits available the 1 st month after hireAutomatic enrollment into our 401k plan (subject to eligibility requirements)Virtual fitness classes offered company-wideRobust PTO offerings including: major holidays, vacation, sick, personal, & volunteer timeEmployee discounts with major providers (i.e. wireless, gym, car rental, etc.)Philanthropic support with both local and national organizationsFun culture with company-wide contests and prizesCorpay is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
