This full-time position pays $55,000 per year, plus PT commissions and a bonus.NFC Amenity Management is the nation's largest luxury amenity service provider for residential and commercial properties, with a growing portfolio representing 350+ of the top brands in luxury residential and hotels across 30 markets in the U.S.An NFC Amenity Management Spa / Fitness Director creates a well-run operation with the fitness center, spa, and amenity space by developing a winning team to ensure all clients and guests receive a 5 Diamond Experience.Reports To: Area DirectorResponsibilitiesEnsures the Fitness/Spa and Amenity spaces are operating effectively and per Property Management and/or Board of Directors' expectationsDevelops a monthly Calendar of Events.Maintains Client Satisfaction, resulting in contract retention.Ensures each client and guest receives a Warm Welcome and Fond FarewellRecruits, trains, motivates, supervises, and mentors team members - leads by exampleEnsures all team members are trained to react intelligently and quickly to all emergenciesUses the Company Approved Team Scheduler to ensure payroll budget complianceEnsures team members follow 5 Diamond Performance StandardsCompletes necessary Payroll Tasks by the Company deadlinesAlways looks for ways to “Wow” all clients by exceeding their expectations and striving to provide aggressive hospitalityCompletes team member evaluations as required.
