English for Academic Purposes (reading, writing, or listening/speaking) classes are for English language learners and other linguistically diverse students at the pre-college level. The qualified candidate must possess: A minimum of a Bachelors degree in English, Education, TESOL, or related field. Demonstrated experience teaching or tutoring ESL/linguistically diverse students within the last five years. Proven student engagement and effective teaching strategies that promote a positive student experience and support retention. Availability for face-to-face teaching in the evening Preferred qualifications: Masters degree in TESOL or certification in TESOL/ESL/TEFL Experience supporting students in an institution of higher education Bilingual FOR ANNUAL SECURITY AND CRIME STATISTICS REPORTS:
