Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

The Valero Law Group is seeking a motivated and skilled litigation Attorney to join our personal injury plaintiff team. The ideal candidate is results-driven and client-focused, with a passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of an accident. Key Responsibilities:Manage a caseload of personal injury cases, including drafting pleadings, and conducting discovery. Conduct thorough legal research and draft legal documents, including motions, briefs, and discovery requests. Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on case progress and addressing their concerns. Take & defend depositions, attend mediations, court hearings, and trial proceedings as necessary. Engage in settlement negotiations with opposing counsel and insurance adjusters to secure the best possible outcomes for clients.
