We are seeking a Bilingual Attorney (English and Spanish) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in civil litigation and the ability to serve a diverse client base. Responsibilities:Handle all phases of civil litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions, hearings, and trials. Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel in both English and Spanish. Provide high-quality legal representation and maintain excellent client service. Collaborate with colleagues and staff on case strategy and management. Qualifications:Licensed to practice law in North Carolina and in good standing. 3-5 years civil litigation experience required. Workers compensation experience a plus. Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
