Youll manage your own caseload with support from experienced colleagues and staff, and have direct access to clients, courts, and decision-makers. Typical Matters Will contests, trust disputes, and fiduciary litigationProbate and estate administration (filings, accountings, distributions)Trust and Estate Planning Transactional MattersBreach of contract disputes Partnership and shareholder disagreements Commercial and residential real estate litigation Business tort claims and commercial collections Corporate formations and business entity structuring Contract drafting and negotiation Asset purchase agreements and business sales Key Responsibilities Represent clients in state and federal courts, arbitrations, and mediations Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and contracts Provide strategic, practical advice to business owners and families on risk management and dispute resolution Develop and maintain strong client relationships Handle all phases of estate administration, including probate filings, asset distribution, and client communication Negotiate settlements and business deals Collaborate with clients CPAs, lenders, and financial professionals Contribute to firm growth and process improvements What Were Looking For Kentucky-licensed attorney in good standing 3+ years of experience in business/commercial litigation, estate litigation, or estate administration (more is great!)
