Physical Therapist Chandler AZ (30 min SE of Phoenix) Up to $110k annually We are seeking a compassionate and driven Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at our office in Chandler AZ. Preferably the incoming physical therapist has pediatric outpatient experience, but we will consider both recent grads and experienced therapists. Come join our multidisciplinary team as an Outpatient Pediatric Physical Therapist! As part of our growing team, you'll have the opportunity to work at both our Chandler and Mesa clinics, gaining experience across settings and collaborating with multiple teams. Ideally, the PT has experience or interest in early intervention and treating developmental disabilities, a passion for continuous learning and development of professional skills and knowledge and a positive and professional demeanor, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Responsibilities: Evaluate, diagnose, and treat physical conditions, illnesses, and injuries to reduce pain, develop or restore function, and maintain maximum performance Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans to address areas of need using evidenced-based approaches and individualized therapeutic strategies Closely monitor and document progress, adjusting intervention as necessary to support optimal outcomes Engage parents and caregivers in the therapeutic process, providing education and resources to support the client's progress and development Collaborate with a team of professionals, including speech-language and physical therapists, to ensure a comprehensive approach to care Complete succinct documentation of services in a timely manner Provide high-quality mentorship and supervision of students and assistants, as needed Requirements: Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree from an accredited college or university PT license in AZ Experience or interest in feeding intervention is strongly preferred, but not required Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus Schedule: Full time Compensation: $92-$110k annually Benefits: PTO/Vacation Health, dental, vision and life insurance STD and LTD coverage Gym Membership 401k with match AFLAC supplemental insurance CE reimbursement CPR and Article 9 certification Work uniform Cash balance pension plan AMAZING team bonding events!
