Enterprise Data Architect / InforLN / ERP MigrationAtlanta, GeorgiaOpen to RemoteContract$80/hr - $105/hrWe are seeking an experienced ERP Data Migration Architect with deep expertise in Infor ERP systems to lead the consolidation of data from multiple legacy ERP platforms into a unified Infor ERP environment. This role is critical to ensuring a seamless transition of enterprise data, maintaining integrity, and enabling business continuity across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and other core functions.Key ResponsibilitiesMigration Strategy & PlanningDevelop and execute comprehensive data migration strategies for transitioning from various ERP systems into Infor CloudSuite or other Infor ERP platforms.Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define data scope, mapping rules, transformation logic, and cutover for ERP ExpertiseLeverage deep knowledge of Infor ERP data structures, including ION, Data Lake, Mongoose, and Birst, to architect efficient migration pathways.Ensure compatibility and optimal performance within the Infor ecosystem, including integrations with third-party systems.Execution & OversightLead ETL processes using tools such as Infor ION, Infor Data Migration Utility, or custom-built solutions.Manage data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and audit processes to ensure high data quality and compliance.Collaboration & LeadershipPartner with functional leads, Infor consultants, and integration teams to align migration efforts with business goals.Provide technical leadership to internal teams and external vendors throughout the migration lifecycle.Documentation & ReportingMaintain detailed documentation of migration architecture, data mappings, transformation logic, and issue resolution.Deliver regular updates to executive stakeholders on migration progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.Required QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.7+ years of experience in ERP data migration, with at least 3 years focused on Infor ERP systems.Proven track record of successful data consolidation projects into Infor CloudSuite or other Infor platforms.Proficiency in ETL tools and scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python).Strong understanding of Infor ION, Data Lake, and related technologies.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI), Infor LN, or Infor M3.Certifications in Infor ERP or related data architecture frameworks.Familiarity with Agile project management and DevOps practices.You will receive the following benefitsMedical Insurance - Four medical plans to choose from for you and your familyDental & Orthodontia BenefitsVision BenefitsHealth Savings Account (HSA)Health and Dependent Care Flexible Spending AccountsVoluntary Life Insurance, Long-Term & Short-Term Disability InsuranceHospital Indemnity Insurance401(k) including match with pre and post-tax optionsPaid Sick Time LeaveLegal and Identity Protection PlansPre-tax Commuter Benefit529 College Saver PlanMotion Recruitment Partners (MRP) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
