DescriptionAWS Finance seeks a Senior Finance Analyst to support the growing AWS Public Sector business. As part of the Regions Finance team, they will provide strategic decision support, evaluate service pricing, drive P&L analysis and controllership to a wide variety of stakeholders across the business.Specifically, this position will be responsible for AWS Regional Pricing decisions for new and existing public sector regions. This role will evaluate pricing decisions and deliver data-driven insights to improve financial outcomes, playing a key role in building scalable pricing models and enhancing our finance tooling. This position will require working closely with finance management as well as key partners across the AWS organization, including product managers, engineering leaders, sales and business development leadership.This role requires a self-starter with a strong financial modeling background, problem solving skills, a keen attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguous situations. The base pay for this position ranges from $60,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $128,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
