**Job Description** As a member of our AI program team, the **AI Learning & Engagement Lead** will drive the creation, curation, and dissemination of advanced AI knowledge across internal engineering teams. We seek a candidate with deep, up-to-date AI expertise-especially in areas like large language models (LLMs), AI agents, MCP servers, code assistants, and other leading-edge technologies. In this role, you will translate complex AI architectures into practical, accessible learning content, document real-world use cases, and lead knowledge-sharing initiatives that empower and connect engineers at all levels. **Responsibilities** + Create and curate advanced AI learning content tailored to engineering teams, focusing on technologies such as LLMs, generative AI, agent frameworks, code assistants, and modern AI infrastructure. + Translate technical AI and engineering architecture concepts into clear, simple language for diverse developer audiences. + Document, maintain, and distribute robust use cases, guides, and best practices, ensuring all content remains up to date with the latest industry developments. + Organize, host, and facilitate technical forums, discussion panels, and learning sessions featuring internal and external AI thought leaders. + Manage and enhance communication channels (newsletters, wikis, forums, chat groups, etc.) to maximize knowledge sharing and engagement. + Collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, and AI program leads to align content with business goals and technology strategy. + Stay abreast of AI research, tools, and industry trends, and proactively incorporate advancements into training and documentation. + Gather and analyze feedback to ensure the relevance, clarity, and impact of all learning initiatives. **Qualifications** + Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. + 10-12 years of overall professional experience, with a strong background in internal development or engineering organizations. + At least 1 year of recent, hands-on experience in advanced AI technology development, enablement, or research (especially with LLMs, AI agents, or related tools). + Proven ability to quickly learn and clearly explain cutting-edge AI concepts, architectures, and workflows to technical audiences. + Advanced understanding of engineering architecture, the AI model lifecycle, and modern AI tool ecosystems. + Demonstrated excellence in technical writing and in creating impactful learning materials. + Strong experience hosting knowledge-sharing events and managing technical communication channels. + Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to simplify and present sophisticated technologies. **Preferred Skills** + Experience with AI platforms/tools such as MCP servers, code assistants, and AI workflow orchestration. + Hands-on experience with modern AI tools/platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, OpenAI, or other code assistants. + Background in technical enablement, developer advocacy, or engineering knowledge management within large organizations. + Familiarity with collaboration platforms and digital knowledge management tools. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
