Job Title: Customer Service Representative Pay- $19/hr W2 Location: Remote (Onsite for initial onboarding –1 Month(Tempe, AZ)( EST hours) Duration- 3 months contract to hire 8AM – 5PM EST, Mon – Fri. Onsite a few days for onboarding, candidate can then work from home when able to work independently. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST No weekends Eligibility: Must be a U.S. Citizen About the Role As a valued member of our Customer Service team, you will support customers with inquiries related to accounts payable and billing. You will handle phone calls, chats, and emails to resolve issues promptly and accurately. This role requires a customer-oriented professional with strong communication skills, adaptability to policy changes, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a diverse environment. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email regarding accounts payable and billing issues. Provide clear, accurate, and timely information to customers. Maintain a professional, empathetic, and customer-focused approach at all times. Demonstrate adaptability to evolving policies, procedures, and tools. Document customer interactions accurately in the system. Work independently once trained, while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Requirements U.S. Citizenship required. Minimum of 6 months call center experience. High School Diploma or GED required. Must be 18 years or older. Strong computer and phone skills, with ability to navigate web-based applications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal and active listening skills. Ability to manage calls and chats with professionalism, confidence, and problem-solving skills. Must type a minimum of 30 WPM. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
