Most of your time will be spent embedded with our clients/' team and we/'ll look to you to provide our clients with a unique business perspective on how they must continue to innovate and remain competitive in this ever-changing Solution Architects drive enterprise implementations, including all project phases such as discovery, definition, build, test and deploy. After our sales team wins a project, you/'ll become the main contact person for the client to manage their project to make sure it/'s delivered on-time and on-budget. ResponsibilitiesDeveloping solutions to complex problems and recommending policy changes.Establishing procedures that affect your immediate work area and possibly the broader business function.Exercising judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. QualificationsA Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree)Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years relevant experience implementing with teams of 5 or more people and hands-on experience with configuration and customizations.Experience with Salesforce Revenue CloudStrong oral and written communication skills, comfort leading conversations with audiences of all levelsFamiliar with relational database conceptsSelf-starter capable of handling multiple tasks and certification(s)Willingness to travel based on client need Skills and Attributes for SuccessExcellent oral and written communication skills, comfort leading conversations with audiences of all levelsAbility to lead discovery meetings to identify system requirements and understand business processes with the clientExperience in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM and multiple end-to-end implementationsSalesforce integration experience and familiarity with middleware toolsDeep experience with Salesforce, APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, VisualForce, Apex Classes, Apex Web Services, APIs, AppExchange, and s-controlsHands-on experience configuring , Workflow Alerts and Actions, and Approval WorkflowsAbility to lead solutioning and design of the Salesforce platform and identify gaps between current and future stateKnowledge of Salesforce configuration and platform capabilitiesWork with developers to define and create specifications for custom code or data migration requirementsAbility to create and manage project timelines and economics to ensure on-time and on-budget deliveryAbility to identify potential risks and develop mitigation plansApplication and Tool Analysis, Cloud Computing Architecture, Cybersecurity and Privacy Architecture, Complex Problem-Solving and Critical ThinkingBuilding and Managing Relationships, Communicating With Impact Qualification DetailsDegree emphasis in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, Mathematics; Master/'s degree preferredCertifications and prior consulting experience highly preferred What We Look ForWe are looking for individuals who are not only experts in their technical field but who also have the drive to lead, innovate, and collaborate to solve complex business challenges.
