Basic RequirementsDecade-plus professional track recordDistinguished history of successfully executing multi-site, time-sensitive projects with significant real-world impactProven leadership in nationwide/global facility development, including new construction and major renovation initiativesSubstantial experience in large-scale retail development or facility maintenance programs where timing and standardization were crucialDemonstrated success in building and leading high-performance teams with full P&L responsibilitySuperior analytical thinking, stakeholder relations, and communication capabilitiesProven ability to thrive in fast-paced, PE-backed environments with high autonomy and accountabilityAuthorization to work in the US and capability to travel 25% of the time Nice-to-have RequirementsPrior success in scaling regulated businesses across multiple locationsProfessional background in educational, retail, or healthcare expansion where facilities played a crucial roleDemonstrated expertise in developing and implementing AI-enhanced operational frameworks About 2 Hour LearningEducation is broken, but 2 Hour Learning is proving it doesn’t have to be.
