We surround our technologists with interesting challenges, innovative minds, and emerging technologies.What You’ll DoAdvise clients on the overall enterprise architecture landscape on various solution architecture areas including technology, information, data, security, and integration. Implement and architect large scale, innovative IT solutions to drive business dividually acts as a Solution Lead or SME in pursuit process, identifying appropriate SME from broader capability team as needed. Focuses on specific Customers aligned to Market strategy.Evaluate and identify IT-related risks, including compliance, operations, revenue, and growth risks.Develop, as part of a team, technology strategy and planning deliverables to address IT risks and improve effectiveness of the IT organization, specifically focusing on business application integration.Produce target state solution architectures, perform architectural assessment and gap analysis and help formulate the overall solution strategy and roadmap.Collaborate with clients and Slalom consultants to translate business requirements into technical requirements.Contributes to delivery via billable roles as Delivery Solution Lead and/or in SME roles within Market’s portfolio, with specific utilization target defined by Level.What You’ll BringWillingness to be a part of high-performing team in a diverse environment, and ability to thrive in ambiguityBuilds relationships and opportunities to proactively build pipeline; does not wait for sales/client partners to create leadsStrong ability to share ideas and communicate with peers and clientsFluency in the development and use of solution architecture frameworks, patterns, and best practices to drive business transformation. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
