Visit our website for additional information.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Build responsive and adaptive web UIs leveraging contemporary technologies and design trendsTranslate user flows and user experience mock-ups into codeBuild and enhance supporting documentationCollaborate with stakeholders, both internal and external, and the existing development teamPresent and prototype new ideas; and regularly look for areas of improvement within existing applicationsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, graphic design, or related field2+ years or demonstrable strong understanding of HTML5, CSS and JQuery2+ years of experience server-side development using PHP and MySQL2+ years’ experience using front end frameworks (i.e. Angular JS, Bootstrap, W3.CSS, JQuery UI)Firm understanding of visual design concepts (graphics, marketing, typography, layout, etc.)Strong spoken and written communication skillsPreferred:Solid understanding of imaging software, such as Photoshop and IllustratorStrong desire to move projects forward and be proactiveFamiliarity with content management systems, such as SharePoint or WordPressAdditional InformationBTG is located in Washington, DC with project offices throughout the Mid-Atlantic States. This is a part -time - 6 month contract positionlocated in Washington, DC with partial virtual capacity.
