This position will be responsible for serving as an instructor for the OAA SNA courses and solving data problems for the customer.ResponsibilitiesThis role will focus on supporting and driving mission focused technical operations. Daily requirements include, but are not limited to:Serve as an instructor for the SNA courses (schedule: bi-monthly introductory and quarterly advanced classes).Utilize SNA skills and tools (e.g., Python, Pandas) to help customer analysts address mission objectives.Prepare and deliver documents ranging from technical reviews, class enhancements, and curriculum anize and actively engage on Technical Review Boards (TRB) and Working Groups (WG) and serve as an operational expert to various elements.Foster coordination and communication between various operational elements to create the best solutions and teaching environments possible.Develop and implement creative updates to the courses managed and taught in this role, collaborating with instructional designers to refresh and enhance the SNA curriculum as needed.Market SNA course to target audiences.Be available to take the lead on developing and guiding instructional objectives for office projects related to SNA.Be available on client systems to answer questions from students on a regular basis.QualificationsRequiredUnderstanding of Social Network Analysis.Coding experience, specifically relating to Data Analysis with Python, NetworkX and Pandas.Experience serving as a technical instructor.Strong problem solving and analytical skills.Strong relationship and network building skills.Bachelor's Degree in applicable discipline.TS/SCI with polygraph.DesiredIntermediate to advanced Python skills, including NetworkX and PandasProficiency with client-specific toolsLMI is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
