Position OverviewThe Product Marketing Director at Culligan Quench will lead the discovery of new market opportunities, define product strategies, and drive go-to-market execution to ensure our Indirect division sustains leadership in dealer channels. This role serves as the connective tissue between Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations, ensuring our Indirect product portfolio is not only competitive but also differentiated by a clear value proposition, compelling positioning, and measurable business outcomes. The Director will champion the voice of the dealer, translating market insights into strategy and ensuring alignment across stakeholders to enable adoption and growth.ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy and Project ManagementRefine product positioning and value propositions grounded in customer and dealer insightsLead development of business cases that quantify new product opportunity (TAM, ROI, adoption forecasts) and inform portfolio decisionsShape the product roadmap through market and dealer feedback, competitive analysis, and voice-of-customer inputsDefine clear, strategic go-to-market frameworks for new and existing products that drive both differentiation and adoptionPartner with Category Management to track performance post-launch and iterate based on resultsChannel Enablement and Sales SupportPartner with Marketing to create marketing assets, sales tools, and training materials to enable internal and dealer sales teamsEnsure dealers are strategically enabled with compelling messaging, sales narratives, and training—not just toolsDevelop channel-specific programs that improve partner engagement, dealer confidence, and sell-throughBuild two-way feedback loops with dealers, ensuring their voice informs product refinement and GTM prioritiesChampion dealer and customer success stories as proof points for growthMarket Insights and AnalyticsOwn the market intelligence function for Indirect: competitive tracking, pricing analysis, and emerging trendsLeverage IoT and usage data to identify upsell, cross-sell, and retention opportunities for indirect productsTranslate insights into actionable recommendations for roadmap prioritization, pricing, and GTM pivotsCross-Functional CollaborationServe as Indirect’s voice of the customer in product development, product quality, IoT, and supportAct as the integrator across teams, ensuring Indirect priorities are fully represented in corporate initiativesEstablish a framework for launch readiness with Sales, Operations, and Marketing, aligning priorities and deliverablesPartner with Product Support to translate field and dealer issues into actionable improvementsLiaison with Product Technical Support teams to ensure dealers’ product concerns are prioritized and resolvedRequirements5+ years in product marketing, category management, or related consulting experience, ideally in B2B2B environmentsProven ability to define strategy and execute GTM plans that deliver measurable business outcomesDeep experience in channel enablement and dealer success, not just asset creationStrong analytical and financial acumen (ROI modeling, TAM analysis, pricing strategy)Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills—able to influence without authority and ensure alignment across diverse stakeholdersStorytelling ability to translate complex product/market dynamics into simple, compelling narratives for dealers and leadershipBenefitsMedicalDentalVisionLife insuranceDisability401(k)Paid time offParental leaveAdditional voluntary benefitsQuench offers salary, commission, benefits, and incentive awards.
