Establish best practices for development, testing, and deployment in a lean environment.Solution & System Design: Architect end-to-end solutions across carrier integrations, customs systems, and client platforms. Translate operational and customer needs into technical designs and working solutions.Data & Integration Ownership: Oversee the development of APIs, ETL pipelines, and reporting frameworks, ensuring data accuracy, scalability, and compliance.Collaboration & Execution: Partner with operations, product, and client onboarding teams to ensure solutions align with business goals. Manage vendor relationships and accelerate client onboarding through templates and playbooks.Enterprise Architecture Leadership: Define and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap for logistics, data, and client integration systems, aligning technology decisions with business strategy for scalability and cost-effectiveness.Required Qualifications10+ years of experience in engineering, systems architecture, or solutions delivery, with at least 5 years in logistics, e-commerce, 3PL, or parcel delivery.Proven track record of leading engineering teams (including offshore resources) and delivering enterprise-level logistics solutions end-to-end.Deep understanding of cross-border logistics, including customs clearance, duty/tax automation, and carrier integrations.Hands-on technical skills in systems integration (APIs, middleware, iPaaS), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and data architecture (SQL, ETL, BI).Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience in a lean or high-growth 3PL/parcel environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
